Our 14-day refund offer
If the kit is not right for you, request a full refund within 14 calendar days of purchase. Downloading the files does not remove this voluntary offer. You do not need to prove that an AI model produced a particular result.
This is an additional offer from DreamForge AI. It is not a statement that every Paddle transaction has a default 14-day refund guarantee.
How to request a refund
Email fanji0912@163.com with your order reference and the email address used for the purchase. You may include a reason if you wish, but a reason is not required for a request within our 14-day window. Phone support (China): +86 138 9729 7417. Do not send a full payment-card number, password, or identity document.
For a purchase processed by Paddle, you may also contact Paddle buyer support. We will coordinate the refund through the applicable payment provider. Paddle-processed refunds follow its applicable procedures, including checks for fraud or refund abuse, and are returned through the original payment method where supported. The time for funds to appear depends on the provider and your bank; we do not promise an immediate bank credit.
Delivery or file problems
If you cannot obtain the purchased files, the archive is damaged, or the product differs materially from its description, contact us for help, replacement, or an appropriate refund. The 14-day voluntary window does not restrict any longer mandatory rights you may have for non-delivery, faulty content, or misdescription.
After a refund
The kit license ends after a full refund. Stop using the kit and delete its files and copies. This does not require you to remove a finished video that you lawfully completed and delivered before the refund.
Your legal rights
Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights, statutory withdrawal rights, or other remedies available under applicable law.
