This license describes use of the Product Photo Reel Planning Kit when it becomes available for paid purchase. Paid checkout is currently disabled. It does not replace the license notes supplied with free downloads.
One creator, personal and commercial projects
A completed purchase grants one creator a non-exclusive license to use and adapt the purchased kit. If a business purchases the kit, it may designate one creator within that business to use it. You may make personal videos, videos for your own business, and commercial end videos for clients. There is no limit on the number of those end projects.
You may deliver finished videos and your project-specific shot plans or prompt text to a client. This does not permit transferring the original kit, reusable blank templates, or worked example files to that client.
Keep reusable source materials private
You may make backup copies for your own use. Do not share the original reusable files with another creator, upload them to a public or shared template library, resell them, sublicense them, or include them in another template or prompt pack. Editing or reformatting the files does not grant a right to redistribute them as reusable materials.
Other rights
DreamForge AI retains ownership of its original materials. The kit grants no rights to third-party brands, tools, reference images, likenesses, music, or other assets. Use rights-cleared inputs and follow the external video tool's terms. We do not determine ownership or exclusivity of a result generated by a third-party model.
Refunds
After a full refund, this license ends and you must stop using the kit and delete its files and copies. A refund does not require removal of a finished video you lawfully completed and delivered before the refund.
