DreamForge AI is operated by 上海市虹口区轩遇软件工作室, a Chinese sole proprietor business. Contact fanji0912@163.com with privacy questions or requests. Phone support (China): +86 138 9729 7417. This notice describes the current website; paid checkout and order delivery are being prepared and are not active.
Your creative text and reference images
Our free prompt and storyboard tools run in your browser using descriptive templates. They do not call an AI API or generate a video. Scene descriptions, shot details, and generated prompts are not uploaded to our server or included in usage events. Images you select are previewed locally; we do not upload, store, or analyze their contents.
Optional saved drafts
Working text stays in page memory unless you choose to save a draft. The Prompt Generator's Save control stores an individual draft's text and settings in localStorage on this browser and device, up to 20 drafts. There is no account or cloud synchronization. Images are not saved with drafts or included in exported text and JSON files.
You can load or delete saved drafts in the Prompt Generator. Clear library removes DreamForge drafts only. The Storyboard Builder offers file export and does not save a local draft library. Reloading clears unsaved working text and image previews. Saved drafts remain until you delete them or clear this site's browser storage. Others using the same browser profile on a shared device may be able to open them.
Copying or downloading saves creative text where you choose. Storage restrictions may prevent draft saving; generation and export can still work.
Basic first-party usage events
We use a random identifier in sessionStorage to group basic interactions within a browser tab session. Event fields include event name, page path, referring domain, approved campaign labels, and relevant tool or model identifiers. Events can include page views, prompt generation, copying, downloads, and outbound link clicks. These events do not establish that a person made a purchase.
The event payload does not include your prompt, scene description, image, saved draft, email, full referring URL, or IP address. Official product redirects can record the link clicked, page path, session identifier, and approved campaign labels. We use these records to understand website and tool use; session identifiers are not verified individual people.
Technical operation and retention
Requests necessarily reach the hosting infrastructure. Infrastructure and error logs may contain connection information used for operation and diagnosis, separately from the limited event payload above. We do not claim every request is anonymous.
Basic usage events are retained for up to 90 days before scheduled removal. The random session identifier lasts for the browser tab session rather than being a persistent tracking cookie. Saved drafts remain in local browser storage until removed. Browser storage restrictions may prevent event collection without preventing tool use.
Customer support email
If you email us, we receive the information you send, such as your email address, message, and any order reference. We use it to respond to your request and handle related product or refund issues. Do not email payment-card details, passwords, identity documents, or confidential creative material. Your email travels through the email providers involved, under their own privacy practices.
We retain support correspondence as needed to resolve the request and comply with applicable record-keeping duties. Contact us if you wish to request access, correction, or deletion of information you have supplied; applicable rights and required retention depend on your circumstances.
Google advertising and cookie choices
Google AdSense is being set up. Ads may appear on selected guide pages after Google approves the site. Our prompt and storyboard tools do not contain ad placements.
When advertising is enabled, Google and its advertising partners may use cookies, other local storage and device identifiers, and process information such as your IP address, browser and device information, pages visited and interactions with ads. This supports ad delivery, personalization where permitted, measurement and fraud prevention. We do not place your creative prompts or reference images in advertising parameters.
Read how Google uses information from sites that use its services, Google's advertising technology explanation and the Google Privacy Policy for details.
For visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, Google's built-in consent management platform is being configured to offer consent, management of options and a choice not to consent. Advertising will be subject to the applicable consent choices and Google's requirements.
On advertising pages where Google displays its consent message, use the Privacy and cookie settings link supplied by Google to reopen the message and change or withdraw your choices. You can also manage cookies and site storage through your browser settings. This notice will be updated when the advertising and consent configuration changes.
Adsterra advertising
We are testing an Adsterra banner on the AI video prompt anatomy guide. It loads only if you choose to allow Adsterra advertising below or on that guide. Adsterra and its advertising partners may receive your IP address, browser and device information and page context, and may use cookies or similar technologies to deliver and measure ads. We do not send your creative prompts or reference images as advertising parameters. Read Adsterra’s privacy policy for its practices.
You can refuse or withdraw your Adsterra choice below without losing access to the website. We remember your choice on this browser for 180 days; the stored record remains until you change it or clear site storage. A Global Privacy Control signal keeps the Adsterra banner off. Changing this choice does not change Google’s separate privacy settings. Withdrawing removes the ad and prevents new Adsterra requests from this guide, but cannot remove cookies held by other domains or notify Adsterra of past requests; see your browser’s controls and Adsterra’s policy for further options.
Adsterra advertising
With your permission, Adsterra and its advertising partners may use cookies and device information, including your IP address and browser details, to show and measure advertising. You can decline and still use this site. Read our privacy notice and Adsterra’s privacy policy.
These choices are separate from Google’s advertising settings. You can change them here at any time.
External services and future checkout
Google Analytics is not active in this release. Search engines may crawl public pages independently. External product links lead to services with their own privacy practices.
No paid checkout is active, and we do not currently receive paid-order information through a checkout integration. If Paddle checkout is enabled, Paddle will process the information supplied to it under its own Privacy Notice. Before launch, we will update this notice to describe the actual order data received by DreamForge AI, its purpose, delivery providers, retention, and any required controls. We will not place card numbers in our website analytics.
Changes
We will update this notice before enabling accounts, email signup, new third-party analytics, payments, or order delivery that change the processing described here. The update date above will change when the scope changes.
